Components: (6) GPZ Frictions, (7) Steels, (1) .101 Selective Steel
This kit includes a selective plate with a notch on one tooth to help identify it.
To install, start with the following:
1. Install 1 .092 steel reaction plate.
2. Install 1 GPZ friction plate.
3. Continue alternating Steel reaction plates and GPZ Friction plates until all 6 GPZ friction plates and all 7 Steel reaction plates ending with a Steel reaction plate.
4. Install the diaphragm spring, the piston and the wire ring snap ring. Check the clearance, if necessary replace the last steel installed with the .101 Selective Apply plate.
Clearance should be 0.044” – 0.068”
