Visit or write to wounded veterans at a VA hospital. Visit or write to elderly veterans at a state veterans’ home. Shake a veteran’s hand and say, “Thank you.”We hope this weekend is a time when you can enjoy special moments with family and friends. We also hope that everyone will remember the true meaning of Memorial Day, and honor those we have lost.
