The purpose of this job is to gain a full understanding of Raybestos' manufacturing processes and procedures, and support production departments in day-to-day operations by guiding and assisting in the application, evaluation, and improvement of processes and specifications. A variety of tools are applied, including design of experiments (DOE's), Dimensional Control Plans (DCP's), and Statistical Process Control (SPC), to establish capable processes and make continuous improvements.
